I am a corporate and transactions attorney who teams with my clients to help them achieve their goals while managing growth and staying legally compliant. My clients include health care practices and providers and food industry companies, among others. With 30 + years’ experience working with businesses, I particularly enjoys helping clients add value to their companies by adopting best practices.
Some of the things I help with are starting medical and dental practices, employment agreements when providers join a practice, buy/sell agreements, and succession planning and exit strategies like partner buyouts or sales to a hospital or health care system.
In the food industry, I work with restaurant groups, supermarkets, food manufacturers and corporate caterers, among others. I counsel them on issues such as corporate structure, financing, contracting, risk management, acquisitions, sales, transitions and buyouts, and succession and exit planning.
In addition to mergers and acquisitions, my experience includes the following business transactions:

Through the Conservation Law Foundation’s Legal Services Food Hub, I counsel local food producers and farmers on contracts and leases, among other things.
